We expect the post pandemic lawyer will need to be agile and more “human”: agile because they will need to quickly adapt the frequent changes in business models and business strategies and more “human” as they will need to care for their team, their colleagues and watch out on their well-being; they will need to adapt their working style to remote working, flexible working hours and to their colleagues needs.
