This global wealth manager is looking to appoint an Asset Servicing/Custody lawyer.
Key responsibilities include advising on a broad range of asset servicing matters including custody, regulatory (AIFMD/UCITS, CASS, MIFID), fund accounting and transfer agency matters.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have ideally circa 10 years' PQE advising on general regulatory, funds, asset management, custody and asset servicing work. You will come from either private practice or ideally a bank or asset manager and be looking for the next step-up in your career.
You will join a collegiate and friendly legal team and support the major player in custody work.
