Commercial IP/IT Lawyer
An excellent opportunity has arisen at our client, a highly regarded international City law firm for an interim commercial IP/IT lawyer to cover maternity leave for 6 months with a view to extend further.
You will advise UK and global clients on IP, general commercial, data protection, and IT matters. The role is split 40% GDPR, 40% commercial (contracts and licences) and 20% IP (infringements and registration).
You will handle brand protection, trademarks, copyright, design rights (all non-contentious), data protection, data privacy, and cybersecurity relating to GDPR, and you will act for fashion brands, retail, telecoms, and aviation clients.
The successful commercial IP/IT lawyer is likely to have upwards of 4+ PQE with a relevant background gained at a top City law firm. Individuals who have trained at top City law firms with recent in-house experience are welcome to apply.
