Commercial Litigation Lawyer at International Firm in Nottingham
Our client is a thriving full service international law firm with over 65 offices across the world making them one of the largest law firms in the world.
The firm are now looking to grow their high performing commercial disputes resolution team in Nottingham with the recruitment of a experienced Principal Associate Lawyer (or equivalent). This opportunity will involve working across a great range of high value and complex commercial litigation cases and regulatory investigations for a variety of sector clients including; consumer, sports, energy and diversified industrials.
The team are regularly instructed by local and global businesses on a range of matters such as; breach of warranties/indemnities claims, civil fraud/breach of confidence claims, commercial contract disputes, tort claims and injunctions.
As a senior member of the team, you will have gained significant experience working in an established commercial litigation practice, running complex and high value matters in the High Court or through ADR. In addition, our client is looking for candidates who possess strong technical skills and commerciality, excellent team work skills, the ability to deliver excellent client service, proven track record of successful business development, first rate communication skills, support and develop junior colleagues and an interest in growing a sector specialism.
