A fantastic opportunity for a talented commercial/technology lawyer to join the NASDAQ 100 listed leading ethical sourcer, retailer and brand of speciality coffee in the world. This is a newly created position created to act as primary support to the EMEA Director in managing the legal aspects of the rollout of a new tech stack, to support the evolving needs of the organisation and its stores, globally.
Reporting to the Legal Director for EMEA, you will be involved in a wide-range of legal matters with responsibility for negotiating complex contracts with key vendors as well as a variety of commercial and data security matters. You will be working within a fast-paced global business environment across different geographies as well as being required to manage external counsel. You will benefit from having a broad range of legal responsibilities, working closely with the Digital and Technology teams providing a fantastic opportunity to impress key internal stakeholders across the EMEA offices and the US HQ.
Ideally you will be 2-4 years PQE with strong post-qualification experience either in-house or at a top city law firm (with secondment experience), with a focus on commercial and tech matters. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic business and be a strong team player with a can-do attitude.
