- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with the organisations significant client base, maintaining client relations and assisting the sales team reach agreement on a wide variety of complex terms;
- Develop a knowledge database and a contracts review framework to enable processes and procedures run efficiently and compliantly and to scale in line with company growth;
- Craft a risk management for the organisation carrying out risk assessments and training on any identified issues;
- Adhoc legal advice to the management team on wider relevant legal and regulatory issues;
The successful candidate will have circa 3-5 years PQE with strong commercial contracts expertise, preferentially in-house or from a reputable law firm. The role will suit a self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptability and a great sense of humour.
