A leading, globally recognised professional services firm is looking for a commercial lawyer to advise its Risk Advisory business in London.
This role would see you work closely with the business and lead negotiations on high value managed service and master service agreements with a range of banks, government organisations and suppliers.
The team is looking for a commercial lawyer for a a period of 12 months to take on a variety of commercial contract negotiations typically with external client legal teams and advising the risk advisory arm of the business throughout the cycle.
This role will involve:
- Supporting complex/strategically important contract negotiations
- Adopting a solution orientated and risk-based approach to support the team
- Monitoring, assessing and highlighting specific risk/legal trends and keeping the team updated
- Supporting throughout the entire sales cycle from supporting the engagement teams with their initial interactions to tender & bid response development and contract negotiations.
To be considered you should have a strong background in negotiating commercial agreements and ideally some familiarity with software/IT contracts although this is not essential.
