The successful candidate will advise on a range of client and supplier contracts while supporting the real estate and infrastructure business within the government services division. This is one of the largest teams in the organisation and will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to advise on professional design and buildings on behalf of various councils.
The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years PQE and would possess excellent negotiation skills, a strong business acumen and have a good working knowledge of construction contracts, specifically the NEC and JCT suites of contracts. This role is viewed as an integral part of the team and the successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to various stakeholders of the organisation.
