Your New Company

Our client is an international healthcare group with significant presence in Hong Kong, China and Macau. They are one of the largest providers of healthcare services in Hong Kong to individuals and corporations. Our client is currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join their established team here in Hong Kong.

Your New Role

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you would be involved in a full range of corporate and commercial support in relation to the daily business operation. You would be mainly involved in drafting and reviewing contract contracts, providing legal advisory support to the business in relationt to new projects and initiatives, handling contentious matters including medical dispurtes, complaints and investigations, as well as monitoring regional and global medical and healthcare regulations.

What you will need to succeed

This is a relatively junior position and the ideal candidate would be a Hong Kong or common law qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE. A strong background from corporate, commercial or M&A with litigation experience is an advantage. Prior in-house experience is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent command in English and Chinese is a must. This position best fits junior candidates who have strong commercial acumen, and strong interest in the healthcare sector.
