Public Law and Procurement Litigation Associate Lawyer in Birmingham
Our client is a global law firm with lawyers operating in over 40 countries across the world. The firm's global presence enables them to deliver high quality legal services and value to clients anywhere in the world.
The firm are now looking to grow their highly established national procurement and public law team with the recruitment of an Associate Lawyer in Birmingham.
Working with major corporate clients and government departments, you will advise a diverse range of sector clients on all aspects of disputes avoidance, management and resolution of highly complex cutting edge procurement and public law cases through international arbitration, litigation, adjudication, expert determination or mediation.
In addition there will be opportunities to work closely with non-contentious procurement and public law colleagues to advise and support on early strategic advice to minimise risk and preserve their position.
As an Associate in the team you will have a solid understanding of the key principles within the practice area and be able to demonstrate a clear desire to work with leading experts to build on your knowledge and experience. The role will require travel to client sites and other UK and international offices as required.
