As the school's Risk & Compliance Officer, you will make a difference to those young people and the educators who work with them.
Effective governance in this environment ensures that risks are managed effectively, not only protecting the bottom line but guaranteeing the safety and health of the students and staff. Working closely with the schools leadership and management, you will be ultimately responsible for the school's risk management strategy, legal and regulatory obligations as well as wider policy and commercial compliance and risk needs. You will:
- Design implement and monitor the school's ongoing risk and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures, embedding an organisation-wide culture of effectively managed risk
- Working closely with the senior leadership of the school you will contribute to and manage health and safety and company secretarial needs for the business
- Support a wide range of other corporate functions and requirements including reputation management, crisis management, future planning and strategic matters

To be considered, you will need to be able to demonstrate a sustained and high-performance background in risk and compliance, ideally with experience from within the education sector.
