You will provide support on technology and outsourcing contracts, as well as a variety of other ad hoc legal issues. The majority of the role will be reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements with clients in a broad range of industries with a focus on IT and outsourcing at all phases of deals from proposal/bid review through to final negotiation and post signature issues. You will deal with full range of legal issues including large and complex contracts.
Ideal candidates will have trained at a top tier law firm and made the move in house to a technology provider. You will need to have excellent contract drafting and communication skills as well as be able to understand complex business objectives, and be comfortable working with senior management.
