An exceptional opportunity to join the corporate secretariat team of a leading insurance company that is expanding rapidly in the region has arisen. Working closely with the Group Company Secretary, you will handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for all their Singapore entities including drafting of board resolutions, submitting of regulatory filings, maintaining of statutory records, as well as coordinating of board and shareholder meetings. In addition, you will take minutes during meetings and provide support on transactions whenever required. To be considered for the role, applicants must possess ICSA qualifications with at least 12 years of relevant experience. Candidates with experience handling public listed companies would be highly regarded.
- Qualified as a Chartered Secretary (ICSA).
- Minimum 12 years of strong corporate secretariat experience gained in-house or with professional services firms.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Flexible with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
