We have been instructed by a FTSE 100 in their search for a Commercial Lawyer to join them in November on a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave.
Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial work related to large, cross boarder projects across EMEA. The work will include technology agreements, standard terms, sale and purchase, supply chain, marketing and a range of other matters.
You will ideally be at least 4 years PQE, with strong commercial experience, and exposure to technology agreements. The company is relaxed and friendly, so strong people skills and a desire to work collaboratively is essential.
